Private Studio Apartments

We can arrange accommodation in private studio apartments, for students who do not wish to share an apartment with other students, and who do not want to stay in a host family.
These studio apartments are fully-equipped, with kitchenette, private bathroom, TV and washing machine. They provide private, high standard self-catering accommodation for one or two people, but are expensive.
Each studio apartment generally has one bed, sometimes two. A few studio apartments have a double bed.
The studio apartments are in central Barcelona, located either within walking distance of the school, or else at a maximum of 20 minutes by public transport

All studio apartments are located a maximum of 20 minutes from our school by public transport. A few are within walking distance of our school. |

Studio apartments are for 1 or 2 people |
| Meals: |
Meals are not included. Students in studio apartments cook for themselves. |
| Arrival/departure: |
Students normally move into their apartment on the Sunday before their course starts, departing on the Saturday after the course finishes. However, you can sometimes arrive a day earlier, or leave a day later. You will be charged for any extra nights |
| Keys: |
Every student is given a set of keys, on their arrival. |
| Deposit: |
A 'breakages' deposit of 200 euros is required, payable after your arrival. This deposit is returned to you at the end of your stay, provided that no breakages have occurred. |
| Notes: |
(i) If friends, a married couple or boyfriend/girlfriend wish to share a studio apartment, this is normally possible.
(ii) Bed linen is provided, but not towels. |

If you wish to arrange any extra nights, or would like to share your studio apartment with a friend, relative or girlfriend/boyfriend who will not be attending a course at our school, please let us know.
Please also let us know of any allergies, or other medical conditions you have that you think we should be aware of.
We regularly check with our students to see if they are happy in their accommodation. If a student is not happy for any reason, we will do whatever is possible to resolve the problem.
Each studio apartment is different and varies in price. Therefore, we cannot give you an exact price for a studio apartment until you have indicated the dates on which you wish to attend a course at our school. Please let us know whether you would like a studio apartment for 1 or 2 people and we will tell you which studio apartments are available and the price for these apartments. Please note that studio apartments are expensive, normally charged by the day and cost a similar amount per day to staying in a good standard hotel.

Therefore, for most students who would like to stay in an apartment, we would recommend staying in one of our shared student apartments, as these are reasonably-priced apartments, shared with other international students or Spaniards.
